The lake

I got to have some bonus fun this past weekend. Me and the family went to the lake with my mom and my step-dad, and for the 1st time in 25 years, I went water skiing! I got up on my first attempt, and took it easy, then I played around a bit and got goofy, and now I’m sore as hell. I got pretty sunburned and so did my wife, luckily we had the sense to slather the kids with sunscreen, so they’re ok. My little angel got to ride the innertube, and she dug it. At one point we got caught in a stumpity forest of boat destroyers and ended up bending the hell out of the propeller, so we found a nice sandy spot to land the boat on. Then we took off the prop and beat it to hell with rocks to approximate its original shape. That sounds kinda crappy, but I thought it was kinda exciting……I felt like Gilligan or something.
